TipCo Automated Systems (TipCo) was founded to improve access to vital support for individuals and families in need. We recognized that many people were struggling to navigate the complex and often overwhelming process of eligibility determination, and we wanted to create a solution that would make it easier for them to access the support they need.

Greg Tipping

Greg draws on 10 years of experience as both a caseworker and an assistant director in a human services agency, along with more than 15 years in technology professional services, to develop and manage the company’s strategy. With a passion for assisting individuals in securing safety net services and supporting their families, Greg is dedicated to helping communities thrive.

Building productive product delivery teams with a balance of focused-value delivery, professionalism, and sustainability is a lifelong passion and continuous learning journey for Don. As a software developer and technology leader for over 25 years, his experience spans numerous technical platforms while serving software product organizations in many roles, the last several in executive leadership.
